We have launched a new business division that is focused on helping people to become personally and financially organised. While this is structured as a new business division the different components of our services are not new and have previously been successfully implemented. We also build business networking teams of individual business owners/sales professionals to support our Life Planners.

We have developed the necessary tools, platforms and processes and are offering you the opportunity to take a leading role in bringing this to market. Your role involves having a thorough understanding of our system and tools, meeting with clients, both face to face and online, and delivering a service that will become ongoing providing you with constant opportunities. We provide all of the necessary training.

This position requires that you are able to build trusted relationships with our clients and deliver a service that is nothing short of excellent. The potential for the business to expand and grow is unlimited. You will also be in an environment that will develop your interpersonal skills, your time management skills and help you gain an understanding of your target audience.

Job Description

Providing clients with a personalised Life Plan. This involves meeting with the client, capturing the necessary information and compiling the necessary reports.

Providing certain services to clients that relate to their Life Plan.

Communicating, educating and retaining clients.

Establishing a business networking team.

Managing the business networking team and organising a monthly meeting.

Organising a bi-annual business event for the business networking team.

Assisting with the development of monthly marketing content for each team member to be used by our marketing platforms.

Skills & Competencies

Experience as a financial planner or an accountant is highly advantageous

Ability to:

set up appointments and meet with clients

build trusted relationships

deliver a thoroughly professional service

identify opportunities

take initiative and work independently with good time-management skills


  • Professional Fee Based

Must be based in either:

  • Fourways, Midrand, Sandton, Randburg, Roodepoort or Centurion

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Own Car
  • Own laptop
  • Must have smartphone
  • Financial Related Degree (Example: Bcomm Financial Management)
  • Confident and able to work independently
  • Ability to work both in and out of office
